Starting from the first day of the war, Ofer Kerzner and group of companies City Capital Group were fully committed for helping and supporting Ukraine both, inside and outside the country by helping people and realizing different projects
- Organized the biggest humanitarian hub on the left bank in Kyiv
- In day-to-day contact with city and rayon authorities in humanitarian field
- Helping the most harmed cities all over Ukraine in the most needed and tense moments: Zaporizhya Region, Chernihiv, Izyum, Kherson right after the liberation
- Saved Ukrainian children from Central Kiev’s hospital in early months of the war
- Supporting Ukrainian armed & territorial defense forces, with Israeli defensive equipment
- Working closely with authorities to restore destroyed infrastructure and ensure its further protection
- Developed and transferred floodlights for night anti-air defense

EVACUATON OF CHILDREN FROM OHMATDYT
In the beginning of March 2022 Ofer Kerzner organized the treatment of children with cancer in Israel. For this purpose, a special evacuation operation was held in order to bring these children to Bucharest and to take them with a special flight to Israel. 11 seriously ill Ukrainian children from the biggest children hospital in Kyiv Ohmatdyt and their accompanying parents were taken to Israel. They received treatment at Schneider Children’s Hospital.
HUMANITARIAN HUB
On the 2nd day of the war Ofer Kerzner organized a humanitarian hub on Platforma Art-Zavod. The goal is to provide humanitarian assistance to the military, territorial defense forces, and citizens who suffered. The hub has become the largest humanitarian aid center on the left bank of Kyiv and started individual deliveries to citizens while the city had been surrounded by Russian forces.

PASSIVE DEFENCE OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Brought unique Israeli technology for passive protection of infrastructure such as power plants, transformers, bridges, roads, railways, military object.

Supplied 1500 bulletproof vests and helmets for Ukrainian army of Israeli highest protection standard
Military clothes for women
Big donations were done for production of military clothes for women serving in the Ukrainian army
Suply of drones to military units
Big donations were done for to supply drones for military unites in Bakhmut
FLOODLIGHTS OF MILITARY SIGNIFICANCE
As per request of the local authorities developed and transferred floodlights of military significance for patrolling the sky in the dark.
DARYNOK – “CITY OF INVINCIBILITY”
Per request of the authorities, organized “city of invincibility” in Darynok shopping mall.

Ofer Kerzner is an Israeli businessman, philanthropist and since May 2013 – the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Ukrainian consulate located in Jerusalem.
Mr. Ofer Kerzner is active in social and cultural spheres in Israel. He is a donor to “Gesher” Theater and to many Zionist projects such as “Tzabar”, a project that
encourages young Jews to make an Aliyah to Israel and escorts them while they serve in the Israeli Defense Force.
