In the beginning of March 2022 Ofer Kerzner organized the treatment of children with cancer in Israel. For this purpose, a special evacuation operation was held in order to bring these children to Bucharest and to take them with a special flight to Israel. 11 seriously ill Ukrainian children from the biggest children hospital in Kyiv Ohmatdyt and their accompanying parents were taken to Israel. They received treatment at Schneider Children’s Hospital.
On the 2nd day of the war Ofer Kerzner organized a humanitarian hub on Platforma Art-Zavod. The goal is to provide humanitarian assistance to the military, territorial defense forces, and citizens who suffered. The hub has become the largest humanitarian aid center on the left bank of Kyiv and started individual deliveries to citizens while the city had been surrounded by Russian forces.

Ofer Kerzner is an Israeli businessman, philanthropist and since May 2013 – the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Ukrainian consulate located in Jerusalem.
Mr. Ofer Kerzner is active in social and cultural spheres in Israel. He is a donor to “Gesher” Theater and to many Zionist projects such as “Tzabar”, a project that
encourages young Jews to make an Aliyah to Israel and escorts them while they serve in the Israeli Defense Force.
